Offers lots of great tips from Christine Karpinski, author of How to Rent Vacation Properties by Owner and Profit from Your Vacation Home Dream. She also has over a decade of first-hand experience renting her own holiday homes.

Although the content is tailored to the US, the advice is just as relevant for holiday let owners in the UK and Europe.
